Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (Corporate) to strengthen Gulf Air’s presence in the UK market. This is a high-impact role, focused on managing and growing relationships with corporate clients and travel trade partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, increasing market share, and representing Gulf Air with professionalism and expertise.
This role is primarily home-based, with attendance at the office required once per week
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and grow key corporate and travel trade accounts.
- Proactively identify new revenue opportunities and negotiate competitive commercial terms.
- Deliver compelling presentations and training sessions to TMCs and frontline staff.
- Analyse sales data and market trends, preparing insightful reports for management.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable market intelligence.
- Represent Gulf Air at trade shows, industry events, and corporate forums.
- Provide pricing and fare analysis to support commercial decisions.
- Support the management team with sales and marketing initiatives to achieve annual revenue
targets
About You
We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong industry knowledge and proven success in corporate account management.
Education:
- Educated to A level standard or equivalent
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English
- Excellent standard of numeric skills
- Good standard of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience within Travel Corporate Account Management is essential
- Existing relationships with key TMC partners
- Working knowledge of corporate fares (CNR)
- Knowledge and proven success within the corporate market
- Knowledge of airline GDS and distribution channels
- Knowledge of airline fare structures, Corporate Net Fares etc
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point programmes
- Knowledge of general airline procedures
- Ability to interpret fare and ticketing rules
- Negotiating skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of MIDT& BSP an advantage
- Good understanding of Revenue Management & Dashboard reports

Reporting Line
This role reports directly to the Country Manager (Gulf Air).
Remuneration
A competitive package will be offered, commensurate with experience.
