The Opportunity

Join our Manchester office in a dynamic role where you’ll deliver premium reservations and ticketing services to passengers and trade partners. This position offers a competitive compensation package and standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:30).

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue by promoting airline products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Process reservations, ticket issuance/reissuance (including manual fare builds), upgrades, reroutes, and schedule changes.
  • Manage ancillary sales, group bookings, and tour operator allocations in compliance with airline protocols.
  • Assist mishandled passengers and process refunds.
  • Support departmental operations through daily/monthly reporting and administrative tasks.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: High School qualification (GCSE/O Level/Year 10 equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in airline/travel industry with expertise in:
  • Sabre GDS (reservations, fares, e-ticketing).
  • Complex ticketing workflows (EMDs, reissues, refunds).
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in global geography and airline industry protocols.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Fluent English with superior communication abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivation, organizational excellence, and time management.
  • Eligibility: Legal right to work/live in the UK (mandatory).
