Role: Reporting to Traffic & Sales Manager Manchester, these are busy roles in a small team providing professional reservations and ticketing services to our customers and business partners to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue targets.  Main duties include (but not limited to):

 

  • Promoting airline products and generating revenue.
  • Processing reservations and ticketing inquiries.
  • Managing schedule changes, reroutes, refunds, group bookings, etc.
  • Assist in resolution of customer relations cases.
  • Preparing relevant daily & monthly reports and performing activities necessary for the smooth running of the department.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Educated up to GCE 'O' Level standard or equivalent.  A Travel and Tourism qualification is desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in airline or travel industry with strong experience in Reservations, Fares & Ticketing.  Sabre experience is an advantage. 
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication skills and ability to engage with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.  Fluency in English language is essential. 
  • Ability to act on own initiative along with excellent time management and organizational skills. 
  • Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced customer service environment. 
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

 

 

Job Type: Full-time, 2-year fixed terms contract, standard office hours 0900-1730 (Mon-Fri) and based at our Manchester city office. 

 

Pay: £35,000 - £38,000 per year
