Consultations

This section of our website provides details of all the major consultations to which a response has been provided in recent years.

BAR UK is frequently consulted by government departments, regulators (such as the CAA) and airport operators, on matters relating to the Industry.

These are prime opportunities for BAR UK to act directly on behalf of its members, using not only previous experience but also up-to-date feedback from members.

The range of topics can be tremendously varied, and BAR UK is indebted to those airline members, especially the UK ones, who so readily provide detailed expertise when it is required.

Government consultations normally run for 12 weeks, after which the responses received are normally published.
